We will pick you up in a monster 4x4 super jeep and start the day by
showing you how to best drive the highly specialized mountain and
glacier vehicle on and off the road. Just imagine driving such a
machine! Next we will drive 30 minutes from Reykjavik and go on a 1 hour
full throttle ATV tour. We will race along the mountains and up to a
mountain valley close by. Racing through the lava fields is a truly
exciting adventure.
Next we will continue further East and our first stop cruising along
Iceland’s south coast is by Seljalandsfoss waterfall. We will take a
short walk behind the 65 meter high wall of water! Next we will stop at
Skógafoss waterfall before driving down to and onto the beautiful black
lava sand beaches, racing along the waters edge where the relentless
North Atlantic waves crash on to Iceland’s coast.

Duration of trip: 10-11 hours.
Included: Pick-up from Reykjavík, a self drive super
jeep ride, 1 hour ATV/Quad bike adventure, packed lunch and a visit to
Sólheimasandur lava beach, Skógafoss and Seljalandsfoss waterfalls.
Bring with you: Warm outdoor clothing, waterproof jacket and pants, headwear and gloves. Good hiking shoes are recommended (note:
hiking shoes, waterproof jacket and pants can be rented if you let us know in advance).
Age limit: 10 years as a passenger on the ATV.
No knowledge of the sport is required!
Please note: A valid driving license is required to drive the ATV. Where, when and how much we will be able to go off-road depends
entirely on weather and snow conditions, in other words it depends on
the Arctic winter!
