This tour will take you off the beaten path to experience Iceland´s
natural gems in the comfort of our 4x4 super jeep. Our first destination
is the beautiful and historic Þingvellir area where Iceland´s first
parliament “Alþingi” was established in 930 AD. Next, we take the trail
behind the picturesque shield volcano Skjaldbreid, and after about a two
hours drive on tough trails and some river crossings we get back to
normal roads again. Our next stop, Gullfoss, is Iceland´s best known
waterfall, it cascades down 32 meters into the mighty glacial river
Hvítá. After seeing Gullfoss up close we continue onwards for a short
drive to the Geysir geothermal area. There we will eye witness the
spouting hotspring in all its power.
On this one hour full throttle ATV tour we race along the mountains and
up to a mountain valley close by. Racing through the lava fields is a
truly exciting adventure.
This trip offers an amazing ride through the landscapes and natural

Guaranteed departures: Everyday 9:00-9:30.

Duration of trip: 10-11 hours.
Included: Pick-up from Reykjavík, a self drive super
jeep ride, 1 hour ATV adventure, lunch and a visit to Þingvellir
National Park, Geysir and Gullfoss.
Bring with you: Warm outdoor clothing, waterproof jacket and pants, headwear and gloves. Good hiking shoes are recommended (note:
hiking shoes, waterproof jacket and pants can be rented if you let us know in advance).
Age limit: 10 years as a passenger on the ATV.
No knowledge of the sport is required!
Please note: Drivers have to be over 25 years old and hold a valid drivers license and a valid driving license is required to drive the ATV.
